At Toto’s Recruitment we solely specialise in the search and selection of eastern European skilled staff for positions in the engineering, design, IT, and educational sectors. We have a strong professional network of eastern European Agents which were first established by our sister company, Toto’s Aupair Agency born in 2001, which has been expanded into the recruitment sector.

The Founder of Toto’s Recruitment Sebastian Lawrence-Mills was a Managing Director and previously a Sales Director in the manufacturing sector and with 18 years experience knew only to well the problems of the importance of Recruitment, so in Spring 2006 Toto’s Recruitment was born.

Our Core Sectors are Twofold. Firstly Technical such as:

ENGINEERING (civil, Design Architectural, machinery, manufacturing, maintenance) and IT (Programmer’s software or Hardware and electronic developments of various niche systems)

Secondly due to the connection with Toto’s Aupair Agency we find the we place a lot of our ex Aupair into the EDUCATIONAL. HOTEL, THE CARE HOME industries.
